By using HJN Home Services, you agree to the terms and conditions HJN has established for painting and handyman work.

We offer residential painting services (interior and exterior) and handyman work such as minor repairs, fixture installation, and property maintenance.
Moreover, all services are provided based on prior agreement and accepted quotations.

All quotes provided by HJN Home Services are free and valid for 30 days.
In addition, prices may vary if conditions change after inspection (e.g., additional repairs or surface preparation).

Pre-Payment is required 50% and balance when done .

We accept payments via cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, or bank transfers.
Therefore, The Balance is expected immediately after the final walkthrough and customer approval.

Clients must:

• Provide clear access to the work areas
• Remove fragile items before the job starts
• Notify us about any pets or hazards on-site

Failure to prepare properly may result in delays or additional charges.

HJN Home Services provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all painting services.
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by weather, external forces, or client negligence
• Areas with previous structural damage or poor conditions

All images, logos, website content, and project photos are the property of HJN Home Services.
You may not use or reproduce them without our written permission.
